The Technical Project Specialist role will be responsible for assisting the Technical Project / Program Manager with special projects within the Enterprise Information Protection SCRAM team. This role will primarily be focused on the coordination of all project /program needs, such as; taking notes, setting up meetings, managing a detailed RAID Log, assigning tasks, follow ups, monitoring progress, and creating detailed weekly progress reports. This role requires both agile and waterfall project management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of a Project Specialist:

- Project Planning & Organization: Assisting the Technical Project / Program Manager with project planning, and scheduling.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication between different teams and providing detailed progress reports to Technical Project/Program Manager.
- Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and escalating risks.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, a RAID Log and other relevant files.
- Meeting Management: Scheduling, organizing, and facilitating meetings, including taking minutes.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensuring project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Compliance: Ensuring project activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving project-related issues, often in collaboration with the project manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Proficiency in project management software and tools . Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Problem-solving and analytical skills .
- Attention to detail .
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., project management) or equivalent experience .
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) may be beneficial but not required

Requirements

- 3+ years hands on experience coordinating technical, technology projects / programs in a modern rapid paced enterprise environment.
- 3+ years, with expert-level skills, in management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams or similar.
