- Lead a team of Record to Report (RTR) professionals in the oil & gas industry, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to payroll accounting, sales tax compliance, and M3/Yardi system implementation.
- Develop and maintain processes for recording transactions accurately and efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) role within the oil & gas industry.
- Robust knowledge of general ledger, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, payroll accounting, root cause analysis, and R2R principles.
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems; experience with M3/Yardi is an asset.
