About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP / Software Developer with strongexperience in telephony platforms, backend development, and realtime communicationsystems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC-based applications.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloudtelephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms.

Work Mode : Work from office

Working days : 5.5 day working (Every Saturday half day)

Experience Required

- 3+ Years Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications
• Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers
• Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications
• Develop backend services using Laravel PHP
• Design SIP call flows, dialplans, IVR, and routing logic
• Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers
• Troubleshoot call quality,



SIP, RTP, and server-related issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Work with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations
• Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
• Predictive Dialers
• Contact Center Platforms
• Cloud Telephony Systems
• Voice Bots / AI Calling Platforms

Additional Requirements:
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on production systems
• Valuable communication and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA / Any relevant degree
• Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
