Role & responsibilities: To oversee the receipt, dispatching , picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions.

Functional Responsibilities:

Participate in warehousing design, establish and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes and various indicator systems, be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations;
Implement and improve the warehouse's rules and regulations, standardize operating standards and processes, allocate human resources reasonably, and monitor each job on the warehouse site; improve work efficiency, plan budgets, and reduce costs;
Supervise and manage the receipt and delivery of commodity vehicles in the warehouse, inventory, process quality, safety and other management affairs.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

Control the overall error rate of the warehouse, and ensure that the operational status of warehousing business meet company requirements.
Familiar with the project process, monitor and analyze data, and ensure the efficient operation of the system in the warehouse through data management.
Effectively handle customers' complaints(internal and external), provide feedback,



visit customers and perform service communication;
Establish a timely and effective reporting procedure, submit weekly and monthly reports of various warehouse management reports, and conduct other operational analysis.

Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing current design layouts.

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Ensure end to end Outsourcing Coordination , Costing , Budgeting, shippment followup.

Inward to outward, stock maintenance for their
Organisational Responsibilities : To implement standards and best practices in Logistics function in coordination with inventory officer and Bank Auditors.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
Keep track of non moving stock and inform the management for further action.

Preferred candidate profile

Work closely with Management to ensure both short and long term business objectives are met.

Responsible for overseeing the Factory operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost.
Responsible for the smooth running of the unit with effective cost control.

Provide operational oversight and direction to inform business decisions with accurate and timely information
