URGENT REQUIREMENT

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: B.Arch. or Dip in Arch.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years in commercial Interiors and Residential projects
- Interiors experience is a preferred
- Currently located in Chennai

Salary: As per current salary and interview performance

Office Location: Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings for office interiors and home projects using AutoCAD.
- Make 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp so that clients can clearly visualize the final space before work begins.
- Work closely with electrical, plumbing and structural (MEP) teams to ensure all services are properly planned and aligned with the design.
- Visit the project site as needed to check construction and interior work is being done exactly as per the approved design drawings.
- Basic Knowledge of Building Materials, Detailing, Building Regulations expected
