Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design, strategy, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Design and implement workflows, user interfaces, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Implement user and role management, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow releases and upgrades, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
- Define governance, best practices, and standards for ServiceNow implementations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Guide teams on integrations, data migration, and automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Ensure platform performance, security compliance, and system stability.
- Work closely with product owners,



process owners, and platform teams for successful delivery.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, trends, and releases.
