Business Analyst with Salesforce exp - Hands on 10+ yrs

Must have:
Technical Proficiency:
10 years as a Business Analyst in data management or CRM projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud data models and integration points.
Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, and Autosys for data workflows.
Experience in data governance, MNPI compliance, and audit processes.
Proficiency in Agile delivery and JIRA/Confluence.
Must have Salesforce financial cloud understanding, exposure with low code and no code development.
Conduct workshops with business and technical teams to identify data quality issues (duplicates, invalid records, stale data) in Salesforce CRM/UCRM.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for cleanup and maintenance workflows.
Independently create Salesforce supported UI mockups and write productive Jira with acceptance criteria and testing scope.




Efficiently collaborate across multiple teams in writing detailed BRD.
Good with stakeholder communications and business negotiation skills
Must have experience of requirement gathering of data cleanup and maintenance projects
Collaborate with data engineers to design ETL workflows (SSIS) and scheduling (Autosys) for cleanup tasks.
