Location: Velachery/Vepery- Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Only

Shift: Night

Industry: Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing

Job Role: AR Calling

We are looking for experienced AR Calling with strong knowledge in US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.

Experience Required

- 6Months to 6 years of experience in AR Calling
- Robust understanding of Denials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze outstanding claims and follow up with insurance companies.
- Resolve denials and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Identify trends and escalate unresolved issues.
- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and claim status updates.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6Months of AR experience in US Healthcare.
- Good analytical & communication skills.
- Willing to work Night Shift.
- Work-from-office only (Velachery/Vepery).
