Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies across India.

Identify and secure projects in:
Roads & Highways
Commercial Buildings
Residential Buildings
Industrial Buildings
Infrastructure & Civil Construction
Build solid relationships with government departments, private developers, consultants, architects, and EPC clients.
Identify upcoming tenders and lead the complete bidding process.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value construction projects.
Work closely with estimation and project execution teams to ensure successful
project acquisition.

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in construction business development.
Proven success in acquiring projects across PAN India.
Strong network with government agencies, infrastructure companies, developers, and consultants.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
