Position: Field Recruiter
Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, and Noida
Open Positions: 3 (One for each location)

Job Summary

We are looking for agile and enthusiastic Field Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Noida. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting ITI students and technical candidates, as well as candidates for soft services roles. The role requires frequent field visits to ITIs, training institutes, job fairs, and other recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit ITI students, technical candidates, and soft services candidates.
- Visit ITIs, polytechnic colleges, skill development centers, and training institutes to conduct recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and institute management.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.




- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, or campus hiring.
- Experience in recruiting ITI, diploma, technical, or soft services candidates is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment processes.
