Network Lead Global Command Center (GCC)

We are hiring an experienced Network Lead to manage enterprise network operations in a 24x7 Global Command Center (GCC) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise network operations and major incident management.
- Perform L3 troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center networks.
- Manage routing & switching, firewall administration, firmware upgrades, OS patching, and configuration management.
- Ensure network security, vulnerability remediation, and ITIL-based Incident, Problem & Change Management.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Application teams to maintain high service availability.
- Mentor technical teams and drive operational excellence across multi-customer environments.

Required Skills:

- Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, SD-WAN




- Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet/FortiGate, Cisco ASA, Check Point Firewalls
- VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Cisco Nexus
- ManageEngine, Zabbix, Site24x7
- DC/DR Infrastructure, Azure/AWS Networking Fundamentals
- Strong experience in firmware upgrades, OS patching, network security, and performance optimization
- Experience in Managed Services/Global Command Center environments is mandatory

Preferred Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE, ITIL Foundation
