Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities for PEB/Steel Construction projects, including client coordination, handling, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services while meeting customer expectations.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in PEB and steel structure projects.
- Meet clients, understand project requirements, and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with the design and estimation team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and project closures.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.

Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)

Experience

- Fresher are also eligible
- 5+ years of experience in PEB / Steel Construction / Industrial Construction sales preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of steel structures and construction projects
- Client handling and business development skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
