Job Title: Management Trainee Recruitment

Locations: Chennai & Hyderabad
Employment Type: NATS Apprenticeship
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate – BA / B.Com / BBA / BCA / equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

- Support field recruitment, bulk and mass recruitment activities for various business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, campus drives, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
- Support joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Handle high-volume recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Perform other operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Eligibility & Skills:





- Fresh graduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch preferred.
- Avg. communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bike / Scooty must.
- Comfortable working with bulk recruitment and target-oriented activities.
- Willingness to work from Chennai / Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Advantages:

- NATS Stipend/Salary: 14,000 – 15,000 per month
- No other statutory/employee benefits under the engagement.
