Who is Eligible:

1) Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support should apply

2) Should have excellent communication skills

3) Should be an immediate joiner

4) Should be adaptable to work in the below shifts only

Shift 1: 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Shift 2 : 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Salary :( Not negotiable)

6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop





I yr and above Rs 26k take home per month and +Rs 2824 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
- Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
