- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of site engineering experience.
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is mandatory.
