Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the travel domain, specifically within travel agencies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions,



ensuring seamless integration of travel operations with contemporary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience with travel APIs and advanced GDS usage.
- Proficiency in API testing tools and solid understanding of XML/JSON standards.
- Proven ability to solve real-time travel scenarios with technical and operational insight.
- Strong alignment with Amex Travel account requirements in terms of technical depth and practical implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and travel-related datasets.
- Mandatory skills: Power BI, Tableau.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
