Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)

- Fresher’s are eligible to apply

- Prior experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus!

Role and Responsibilities:

- Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, and Construction based industries.





- Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.

- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.

- Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
