- Oversee daily production operations on CNC, HMC, VMC machines to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage shift schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in CNC machining or related field.
- Robust knowledge of Turning, HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) operations.
- Proficiency in CNC programming using G-code or similar languages.
