- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity).
- Handle Full & Final Settlements, payroll audits, and payroll MIS.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Handle employee relations.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent.
- 7-11 years of HR experience with strong payroll expertise.
- Positive knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, or Industrial sectors preferred.
