Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals who are eager to start or grow their career in recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across non-IT domains. This is a great prospect for freshers or those early in their careers who are passionate about people and hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and sourcing requirements shared by senior team members or clients

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals

Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database





Support the recruitment team with follow-ups and closures

Learn and grow in end-to-end recruitment through hands-on exposure and training

Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (preferably HR, Business, or Arts-related)

0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or internships/projects in HR

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Passion for recruitment and helping people find the right jobs

Ability to learn fast, multitask, and work in a target-driven environment

Familiarity with job portals (like Naukri, Monster, etc.) is a plus
