Job Description RPA Developer (Power Automate / PAD / PAC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer with strong experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud (PAC) to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in RPA frameworks, AI Builder, PDF extraction, Azure, Git, and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud (PAC)
- Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks and components
- Integrate automation workflows with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Develop intelligent automations using AI Builder (OCR, document processing, predictions)
- Implement PDF extraction and document processing solutions
- Work with Azure services
- Manage bot deployments and scheduling via orchestration tools
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
- Use Git-based version control for source code management and collaboration
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation opportunities
- Ensure error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization of bots
- Maintain documentation for solutions and frameworks





Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Power Automate Cloud (PAC)

- Solid understanding of RPA architecture and frameworks
- Experience with:

- API integration (REST / SOAP)
- AI Builder (document processing, OCR, ML models)
- PDF extraction tools and techniques

- Proficiency in Azure services
- Experience in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Git/version control
- Experience with orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of bots
- Positive understanding of exception handling and logging mechanisms

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Knowledge of .NET / Python / scripting
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, Dataverse, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure) are a plus
