Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled OCI Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing OCI environments, ensuring high availability, resolving infrastructure issues, and supporting cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
- Monitor and maintain OCI resources including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Manage OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, users, groups, and security configurations.
- Perform provisioning, configuration,



and maintenance of OCI resources.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Monitor system performance and availability using OCI monitoring tools.
- Work with development, database, and application teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Handle patching, upgrades, and security remediation activities.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
