Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management delivery for a US healthcare provider, overseeing billing, collections, denials management, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent achievement of SLA targets (days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate, cash collection goals).
- Preferred candidate profile
- Day-to-day operations
- People Management (Work Allocation, On job support, Feedback Team building)
- Performance Management (Productivity, Quality, One-On-One sessions, KRA, PIP)
- Reports (Internal and Client performance reports)
- Work allocation strategy
- Span of control - 80 to 100
- Thorough knowledge of all AR scenarios and Denials
