Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high performance, production grade software using C# and/or Java
- Succeed in a high velocity engineering environment, using ninja level programming skills and sound judgment to move quickly without compromising quality
- Build world class user experience products by developing adaptive, scalable frontend and backend systems tailored for high volume semiconductor manufacturing
- Develop deep technical expertise in inspection system software
- Own and contribute across the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements and design to development, deployment, and support
- Learn and apply key defect inspection use cases using SWIFT tools
- Collaborate closely with global engineering teams across multiple geographies
- Work cross functionally with systems, hardware, applications, marketing, and manufacturing teams
- Apply and continuously improve software engineering best practices




- Exposure to or interest in working with AI driven technologies and intelligent systems is a plus
- Support software deployment, service, and customer success activities
- Embrace opportunities to travel globally, collaborating with teams and customers at KLA sites worldwide to support and advance cutting edge products

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in BE / BTech / MS / MCA / MTech
- Robust foundation in programming fundamentals with hands on experience in C#
- Experience with Java is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of software design principles and the SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross functional team environment
