- Monitor payment SLA and invoice processing timelines.
- Follow up on pending GRNs and invoice approvals.
- Ensure timely clearance of GST RCM invoices.
- Coordinate vendor code creation and onboarding.
- Resolve invoice posting issues with finance shared service teams.
- Review vendor outstanding balances and open invoices.
- Track MSME payments and ageing reports.
