Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Management Faculty member to deliver high-quality education in management subjects, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence. The candidate will play a key role in shaping future hospitality and business professionals through effective teaching and industry-oriented learning.

Management faculty are responsible for teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and research activities in higher education institutions .

Key Responsibilities :

* Academic Delivery

* Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students (BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, etc.)

Teach subjects such as:

* Principles of Management

* Human Resource Management

* Marketing / Finance / Operations

* Organizational Behaviour

* Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and case studies

* Conduct assessments, exams, and evaluations

* Student Engagement





* Mentor and guide students for academic and career development

* Support students in projects, internships, and placements

* Maintain discipline and encourage active participation

* Curriculum & Academic Development

* Design and update curriculum as per industry trends

* Develop innovative teaching methodologies (case studies, simulations, etc.)

* Participate in academic planning and program development

* Research & Industry Interaction

* Conduct research and publish papers (preferred)

* Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures

* Build industry connections for practical exposure

* Administrative Responsibilities

* Participate in departmental meetings and institutional activities

* 15 years of teaching or industry experience .
