Our client is a leading consumer products manufacturing company (Kitchen & Home Essential products) with a market presence across India.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee production supervision on the shop floor, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting productivity targets.

- Plan and coordinate daily shift operations, including machine assembly, press shop, VMC machines, and machine setting activities.

- Manage manpower allocation to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and minimize idle time.

- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high-quality products and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., planning, engineering) to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within an automobile industry environment.

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of assembly line management, production line operations, shop floor management principles.
