This includes managing customer accounts, it includes account opening,kyc, processing transactions, handling deposits and withdrawals, and facilitating payments (Example - SWIFT, EFT etc). The goal is to ensure smooth and productive banking services for customers. These operations are crucial for maintaining the banks financial stability and customer trust. They also include compliance with regulatory requirements and security measures.

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
