Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native development, mobile application lifecycle management, and delivering production-ready applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication and mobile security best practices.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect designs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Work closely with Backend, QA, Product, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Strong expertise in React Native.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of REST API integration.
- Experience with Expo and React Native CLI.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Experience working with:
- Google Play Console
- App Store Connect
- App signing and provisioning profiles

- Good understanding of mobile application security best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, modular, and maintainable mobile application architectures.




- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience managing mobile build processes for both Android and iOS.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience handling application version upgrades, release management, and store compliance requirements.

Additional Requirement

- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile application builds and releases.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Robust understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing practices.
- Experience implementing reusable components and shared libraries.
- Experience optimizing application performance, startup time, memory usage, and rendering efficiency.
- Familiarity with offline-first architecture, local storage, and synchronization strategies.
- Experience implementing push notifications and deep linking.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring and analytics tools.
- Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Experience with native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin is preferred.
- Backend development experience, preferably with Node.js.
- Experience with Angular is an added advantage.
- Ability to mentor developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices.
