Core Responsibilities

- Remote Support: Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and network issues using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Intel AMT, and SCCM Remote.
- Incident Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of support tickets in ServiceNow, from initial intake through resolution.
- System Provisioning: Configure user accounts, deploy software and applications, and set up Microsoft 365 services remotely.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain endpoint security through disk encryption management, regular patching, and VPN access administration and vulnerabilities across the endpoints.
- User Interaction : Provide clear technical guidance to non-technical users and contribute to a self-service knowledge base.




- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse user groups.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Contemporary Desktop Administrator and/or ITIL Foundation.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with remote access tools and Active Directory.
