- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and servo-related issues.
- Preventive maintenance and after-sales service support.
- Customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Coordination with Sales, Production, and Technical teams.
- Preparation of service reports and technical documentation.
- Travel to customer sites across the assigned region.
