- Technical Expertise
- Robust knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Blue Canvas, Salto, Prodly, Hutte.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in security tools: SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, secrets management.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Security Knowledge

- Deep understanding of application security, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).

- Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive cultural change towards security-first mindset.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)

- Certifications:
- Salesforce DevOps Specialist, DevSecOps Professional, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), CISSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty.

- Experience in enterprise-scale environments with shared deployment models.
