Role & responsibilities

- Attend meetings conducted in German and act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal teams for the IMDS project.
- Learn and understand technical terminology related to IMDS, including both generic and customer-specific terms, to effectively follow discussions.
- Participate in monthly steering committee meetings and present project statistics and updates.
- Capture accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and communicate key actions and decisions to the internal team.
- Manage and respond to German-language email communications related to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in German (reading, writing, speaking) minimum B2/C1 level preferred.




- Ability to understand and translate technical terminology, preferably in automotive or regulatory domains.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive documentation and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of IMDS or willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in IMDS, automotive compliance, or supply chain projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance concepts (e.g., REACH, RoHS) is an advantage.
- Experience working with international clients or cross-functional teams.
