We are hiring for Associate Sales Consultant

Note - Tamil Speaking Candidates Only

Candidates process - Outbound Sales, voice process

Shift - Day shift only

Working Days- 6 Days (rotational Off)
Budget : Up to 4LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing customers to promote Insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Insurance options.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends,



customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Tamil is must
2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
5. Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: 12th Pass

Telesales Experienced candidates will be preferred.
