Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in emergency situations, prioritizing critical patients and managing multiple emergencies simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients in intensive care units (ICU) or internal medicine wards.
- Conduct routine rounds, perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity.
Job Requirements :
- MBBS degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in emergency medicine, general medicine, or related field.
- Robust knowledge of critical care principles, including ICU protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
