- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of MS Dynamics CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to MS Dynamics CRM implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform and its integration with MS Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in developing custom plugins using C# programming language.
