- Implement ERP software at customer locations.
- Install, configure, and deploy the software as per customer requirements.
- Understand customer business processes and gather implementation requirements.
- Provide end-user training and ensure smooth software adoption.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve implementation issues.
- Offer post-implementation support and assist customers during the go-live process.
- Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
- Travel to customer sites for implementation, training, and support activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience as an ERP Implementation Engineer or in a similar implementation/support role.
- Good understanding of ERP software and business processes.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
