Senior Analyst Product Solutions (Payment Products)

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in the Product Solutions team, you will lead small to medium-scale implementations from discovery through delivery handover, specifically focused on payment products such as Retail Credit Cards, Corporate Credit Cards, DCMS (Debit Card Management System), PCMS (Prepaid Card Management System - Domestic and Forex), Rewards, and Fleet solutions. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to perform gap analysis, define product solutions, and ensure that final delivery aligns with the agreed requirements. The role offers a mix of solutioning, documentation oversight, and product collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Implementations:

- Own the full lifecycle of small to medium-scale payment product implementations — from requirement discovery to solution definition and final delivery handover — with direct client impact.

Perform Strategic Gap Analysis:

- Identify gaps between client expectations and platform capabilities, and work cross-functionally to shape feasible, scalable solutions that uphold product integrity within the payments domain.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and compliance teams to co-create integrated solutions — bridging business and technical worlds.

Drive Documentation Excellence:

- Create and review detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), workflows, and interface specifications to ensure shared understanding and alignment across stakeholders.

Ensure Solution Integrity:

- Own the delivery sign-off process — ensuring the implementation is consistent with the designed solution and client expectations.

Influence Product Evolution:





- Act as the voice of the client within the organization. Surface recurring patterns, feature requests, and process challenges to the product team to help steer product strategy.

Solve Global-Scale Problems:

- Engage with clients from different geographies and business models — crafting solutions that scale across regulatory, technical, and operational boundaries.

Grow with a High-Velocity Fintech:

- This is not a conventional analyst role. You’ll experience first-hand how a modern fintech company scales globally and builds category-defining payment products. As the business grows, you'll have opportunities to expand into larger implementation charters, domain ownership, or product leadership roles.

Requirements

Experience:

- 4–5 years of experience in product/business analysis, fintech consulting, or solutioning.
- At least 3 years of experience in working on financial products and solutioning for clients in the financial/payments industry.
- Prior exposure to Retail Credit Cards, Corporate Credit Cards, DCMS (Debit Card Management System), PCMS (Prepaid Card Management System - Domestic and Forex), Rewards, Fleet solutions is preferred.

Skills:

- Proven ability to lead implementation discovery and scope definition efforts.
- Strong understanding of fintech workflows, APIs, and B2B integration models.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact solutions and driving business results.

Communication and Documentation:

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Tools:

- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Excel, Miro/Figma.
