Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 3 - 6 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, production support, enhancements, and implementation activities. The candidate will work closely with business users to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and support business-critical processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Banking, and EBS.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows (WRICEF).
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration, data validation,



and cutover activities during project implementations.
- Resolve production support issues within defined SLAs and participate in incident, problem, and change management.
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Must-Have Skills

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Banking.
- Good understanding of SAP CO including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Experience with Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) and Payment Medium Workbench (PMW).
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting ABAP developments.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, data validation, and cutover support.
- Exposure to Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
- Experience with Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Exposure to Budget Planning & Consolidation (BPC).
- Knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS).
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
