Key Responsibilities

- Provide telephonic and remote technical support to heavy equipment customers in Australia.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues using customer feedback, service reports, fault symptoms, and machine data.
- Guide customers and field technicians through systematic troubleshooting to restore equipment functionality.
- Support troubleshooting of heavy equipment systems including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, powertrain, transmission, cooling, braking, undercarriage, and mechanical assemblies.
- Interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, exploded views, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist with corrective actions, temporary repairs, preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering and product support teams.
- Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams for timely replacement component availability.
- Maintain service records, troubleshooting reports, and customer interaction details in service management systems.
- Analyze recurring equipment issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Provide support during Australian business hours and rotational shifts when required.
