- Build and integrate AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein — including Einstein

Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder

- Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model outputs within

Salesforce workflows and automate business processes

- Integrate external AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) via REST APIs where

applicable, ensuring secure and governed consumption of AI capabilities

- In Addition -
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows,

Platform Events) on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud aligned with project AI program





requirements

- Develop and optimize Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP

integrations to support end-to-end business processes

- Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate functional requirements into

scalable technical designs and data models

- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing (minimum 85% coverage), and

adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards

- Support data migration, setting management, and deployment activities using

CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, SFDX, Git)
