Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (Civil) to join our project team. Fresh graduates will receive hands-on training in site execution, quality control, project coordination, safety practices, and construction management while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Support supervision of contractors and labor teams.
- Assist in quantity measurements and material tracking.
- Participate in site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely execution of activities.
- Maintain safety standards at construction sites.
- Review drawings and report discrepancies to senior engineers.
- Support billing, estimation,



and project planning activities.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Desired Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong learning attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).
