Roles and Responsiblities

1 OEM Sales Reconciliation

- Perform monthly/periodic reconciliation of dispatches, invoices, and schedules (SA / JIT / delivery schedules) with OEM customers.
- Track GRN vs invoice vs payment mismatches and ensure closure.
- Resolve debit/credit note discrepancies raised by OEMs.

2 Price Management & Amendments

- Implement and track Annual Price Revisions (APR), Quarterly Price Adjustments, and commodity-based price changes.
- Ensure correct pricing in ERP as per OEM agreements.
- Monitor pending price amendments and ensure retrospective recovery.

3 Supplementary Invoice / Debit Note Handling

- Raise supplementary invoices for:
- Retro price revisions
- Engineering change recoveries
- Tooling cost recovery / amortization differences
- Forex / commodity variation (if applicable)
- Follow up with OEMs for acknowledgement and timely settlement.

4 Tooling & Development Cost Tracking

- Track tooling PO, amortization, and recovery status from OEMs.
- Ensure alignment between production volumes and amortization recovery.




- Follow up for pending tooling payments.

5 Customer Commercial Coordination

- Act as SPOC for OEM commercial teams (Purchase / Finance).
- Handle queries related to:
- Pricing
- Debit notes
- Payment deductions
- Commercial claims
- Participate in customer meetings for commercial discussions.

6 Internal Coordination

- Work closely with:
- Sales/Key Account Managers for customer alignment
- Finance for billing & collections
- Engineering for ECN costing
- SCM/Production for dispatch alignment
- Ensure no revenue leakage due to misalignment.

7 Claims & Recovery Management

- Track OEM deductions (line rejections, LD, penalties, logistics claims).
- Validate and challenge unjustified claims.
- Ensure proper documentation and recovery wherever applicable.

8 MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and circulate:
- Reconciliation status reports
- Pending supplementary invoices
- ECN recovery tracker
- Price amendment tracker
- Highlight financial risks and overdue recoveries.
