Job Overview

Equitas Hospital is looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) to provide quality patient care and support clinical operations. Freshers and experienced candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications and assist doctors during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration preferred
- Experience: 03 years
- Female candidates preferred




- Good communication and patient-handling skills

Shift Details

- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full Shift)
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (General Shift)
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (General Shift)
- Night Shift

Note: Night shifts are limited to a maximum of 7–8 days per month. Benefits

- PF: 12%
