Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical and technical healthcare roles across Australia & New Zealand (Podiatrists, Clinical Coders/Auditors).
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, healthcare associations, and university partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Develop market mapping and talent intelligence for niche healthcare roles.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn,



job advertisements, career fairs, and industry events.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates, while driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience:

- 47 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the Healthcare/RCM industry.
- Experience hiring for the Australian & Recent Zealand market will be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
