We are looking for Sr HR Executive from a Hospitality Industry background for Chennai the selected one will look after the HR activities of Chennai, Vellore, Rameshwaram and Mahabalipuram unit HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle HR activities for multiple units across the cluster.
- Manage employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and support talent acquisition efforts.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and adherence across all units.
- Provide timely and accurate salary inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Duties and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile





- Candidates must have minimum 2 years prior experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry.
- Robust understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and units simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
