Process 1 : International non voice

Freshers with Excellent communication verbal and written

Qualification : Any UG Qualification is fine. (2020 to 2026 passed out candidates)

Immediate joiners only

US shift timings ( Cab will be provided depending on the shift timings)

Desired Candidate Profile

- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with international clients over phone calls.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts as required by the business needs.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Process 2 :



Airtel E- Mail Chat Support Semi Voice process (60% Non Voice / 40% voice)

Location @ Karapakkam TECCI site

Immediate joining

Qualification: Any Graduate Or Post Graduate

Skills required:

1. Good in ENGLISH with Hindi

Good In English with Any Regional language

2. Salary: Net take home 14,100

4. fresher/Minimum 1 Year Any Domain Experience can be considered

5. Shift -General day shift and (Rotational weekoff)

6. Location: Chennai Karapakkam (Tecci)
