Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Inventory Executives to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, Amazon Seller Central/FBA operations, supply chain coordination, and inventory analysis. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouse and Amazon FBA.
- Identify stockout, overstock, excess inventory, and aged inventory risks.
- Track inbound shipments, purchase orders, and warehouse stock movement.
- Analyze sales velocity and forecast replenishment requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with sourcing, suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and Amazon operations teams.
- Monitor inventory health and recommend actions for inventory optimization.




- Support inventory planning based on historical sales trends and demand forecasting.
- Ensure timely inventory availability while minimizing excess stock.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Inventory Management
- Amazon Seller Central / FBA Operations

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory):
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing inventory reports and inventory trackers.
- Knowledge of inventory coverage, replenishment planning, and sales trend analysis.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Amazon FBA Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of inbound shipment tracking and inventory health reports.
- Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce workplace.
