Role & responsibilities

- Manage the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documents, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records tailored to the Industrial BU's needs
- Plan, conduct, and oversee internal system audits according to IATF 16949 to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement
- Develop program for self-assessment by the manufacturing locations of their manufacturing processes
- Monitor quality performance and trends, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Use data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree / Diplomma.
- 1-6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Good understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), and internal auditing practices.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining QMS documentation,



including quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
- Exposure to planning and conducting internal quality system audits and supporting external/customer audits.
- Experience in driving process improvements through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.
- Ability to develop and monitor manufacturing process self-assessment programs across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis/reporting tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
