Position: Client Servicing - Executive/Sr.Executive
Location: Chennai
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing customers by building strong relationships.
- Ensure timely subscription renewals and improve customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and deliver a seamless service experience while achieving renewal and revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1-4years of experience in customer service, retention, renewals, account management, or sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
